4 trade targets for Chicago Bulls to target this offseason

Chicago Bulls, NBA Trade Rumors
NBA Analysis Network

The Chicago Bulls believed they had enough manpower to make a late-season push for the NBA playoffs in 2020-2021. Chicago made an aggressive move to acquire Nikola Vucevic, pairing him with Zach LaVine.

Despite the team making the trade for Vucevic, it wasn’t nearly enough for the Bulls to clinch a playoff spot, forcing them to go back to the drawing board this offseason.

It’s evident that the Bulls want a viable point guard that can excel alongside LaVine and allow Coby White to thrive as a sixth-man. The team has sought a player who can better run the half-court offense and get teammates involved as opposed to straight scoring.

Luckily for Chicago, there are plenty of point guards available this offseason in free agency or via trade. While much focus has been placed on Ben Simmons and Damian Lillard, there are far more realistic options for Chicago that would go a long way.

The Bulls could also use another wing player that could strengthen their frontcourt with Vucevic. Lauri Markkanen very well could be on the way out in a sign-and-trade scenario while Patrick Williams still has to develop his all-around game.

Taking all of that into consideration, here are a few trades that the Chicago Bulls should pursue this offseason.
