The Portland Trail Blazers could be heading for a very busy NBA offseason. They have already gone through a coaching search, as Terry Stotts and the organization agreed to part ways. Chauncey Billups was tabbed as the next head coach, but that may have caused some issues in the organization.
The head coach search reportedly irked superstar Damian Lillard. While no trade demands have been made on his end, there are plenty of rumors swirling that he could be on the move this offseason.
If the trade demand ever occurs, the Blazers will be hard-pressed to get fair value back.
Once a player makes it known that he wants to leave, the team loses a lot of leverage. Teams will not pony up as big of an offer knowing the organization will eventually have to cave into the player’s demand or risk causing more issues.

Alas, the team should be prepared should a trade request be made. Here are three players the Trail Blazers should consider acquiring in Damian Lillard trade talks.
