Philadelphia 76ers
What are the Philadelphia 76ers going to do with Ben Simmons? Following a terrible showing in the playoffs this year, there are murmurs of Simmons’ time in Philadelphia possibly coming to a close.
On the other hand, the 76ers haven’t expressed their desire to move Simmons. At least yet. Regardless of what they plan on doing with Simmons, Philadelphia needs a point guard that can score and space the floor.
If the 76ers are unable to acquire Lowry in free agency or land any of the other notable point guards in the offseason, Kemba Walker could become a contingency plan.
In the event that Walker can stay healthy (that’s a massive question mark), then he’s a player still capable of averaging 20 points a night and he’s a career 36 percent shooter from beyond the arc.

Landing Walker would allow the 76ers to move Simmons to one of their forward spots while also improving their spacing around Joel Embiid at the point guard position. That being said, it would be a hassle for Philadelphia to be able to fit Walker’s expensive contract onto their payroll.
