Does this trade make sense for the Brooklyn Nets?
The Brooklyn Nets obviously dominated headlines when they signed both Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant. On that same day, DeAndre Jordan signed with the Nets and he played some important minutes to begin. That has changed drastically and that showed during the postseason.
Brooklyn did not have Jordan in the rotation. He was designated to the bench and rightfully so because he was not a fit. The Nets signed Blake Griffin after he agreed to a buyout with the Detroit Pistons. Griffin took over as the primary big man down low and looked good in a Nets’ uniform.
Keep in mind, this is where Griffin wanted to be and this could be a priority for the Nets in the offseason.
If Griffin is brought back, DeAndre Jordan will continue to come off the bench. Brooklyn could be looking for that primary center along with Jordan and Harrell could be that name. He would be a short-term option which gives the Nets plenty of options moving forward.

There is no doubt that the Nets have some of the best talent in the league. They could continue to load up if they add a play-making big man at the center position.
