3 intriguing trade targets for Charlotte Hornets this offseason

Charlotte Hornets, NBA Trade Rumors
NBA Analysis Network

The Charlotte Hornets made some major strides during the 2020-21 NBA season. They were aggressive going into the season, signing Gordon Hayward to a massive contract to bring some legitimacy and veteran leadership to the roster.

While they may regret that deal sooner than later, as Hayward is an injury concern, the Hornets are back on the map. The Hayward splash followed them signing Terry Rozier the offseason before, who picked things up in his second season in Charm City after an up and down first.

The Hornets lost to the Indiana Pacers in the NBA Play-In Tournament, but it was still a successful season in plenty of regards. The team has a face of the franchise in LaMelo Ball, who won the Rookie of the Year award and looks like a star in the making.

There are plenty of intriguing, young, athletic players on the roster around him, making the Hornets a fun team to watch.
