The Denver Nuggets have turned into one of the top teams in the Western Conference. They have not been able to get over the hump and into the NBA postseason over the years. That could change if Denver decides to make a deal for a big name in a trade this offseason.

This is a chance for the Nuggets to do business with the Washington Wizards. Bradley Beal is going to be at the forefront of many trade rumors with the current direction of the franchise.

Washington brought in Russell Westbrook at the beginning of the season and they were able to create a dynamic backcourt. Washington landed the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference, which was a surprise in itself. Now, they could decide to blow it up and rebuild further.

This is where Denver could benefit. Beal would have to be one of the first players moved if the Wizards want to sell. The Nuggets seem like a perfect fit.

They are in need of another perimeter threat and Beal is one of the best scorers in the league. He would create a big three along with Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray. This would help take Denver to that championship level.

The Western Conference is only going to keep improving and it is important for Denver to keep up. Here is an NBA trade scenario that could land Bradley Beal with the Nuggets next season.
