Spencer Dinwiddie
The Brooklyn Nets were unable to achieve their goal of winning a title this season with their All-Star trio of Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and James Harden.
Injuries prevented the Nets from reaching their expectations as Irving and Harden both missed games in the Eastern Conference Semifinals series versus the Milwaukee Bucks. People tend to forget that Brooklyn was also without Spencer Dinwiddie for a majority of the season.
After having a small role early ins career with the Pistons, Dinwiddie evolved into a solid point guard for the Nets indecent years. Just two years ago, Dinwiddie had the best season of his career, recording 20.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 6.8 assists per game. The expectation was for him to be a key bench contributor for Brooklyn this season behind Irving.
However, Dinwiddie would suffer a torn ACL in the third game of the season, causing him to miss the entire year. Despite the season-ending ailment he sustained, Dinwiddie is expected to draw a ton of interest in free agency this summer.

Dinwiddie would operate well with Leonard and George due to his ability to create and attack the basket. He’s also a bigger point guard that could create mismatches on the offensive end and it would allow him to be a solid perimeter defender for the Los Angeles Clippers.
