San Antonio Spurs: Zach LaVine
Gone are the days where Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, and Manu Ginobli were taking the league by storm on the San Antonio Spurs. Ever since the team was inclined to trade Kawhi Leonard, their chances of winning a title have diminished. At the least, Greg Popovich is at the helm, which could convince a star player to head to San Antonio in hopes to steer the franchise back in the right direction.
The Spurs don’t currently have a player that incites excitement for their future, but LaVine could be that guy. LaVine has likely spent time with Popovich during his time around Team USA over the years, making him familiar with the legendary coach.
All it takes is one star player to head somewhere and it can lead to a super team being formed. Despite the odds favoring the Spurs taking a foreign player at the 13th overall pick, extending an offer for LaVine would be a remarkable move for San Antonio.
Indiana Pacers: Pascal Siakam
The Indiana Pacers are another team that needs to determine what they want the makeup of their roster to be. Who do they keep between Malcolm Brogdon, Caris LeVert, T.J. Warren, Domantas Sabonis, and Myles Turner? LeVert and Sabonis are the two players I believe the Pacers begin building around.
With that in mind, improving the front court further by landing Siakam would pay dividends for Indiana. Siakam brings versatility to a team, with the ability to play either forward spot. He can stretch the floor — despite his inconsistent shooting from outside — and he is a rare forward that can put the ball on the floor to score or create for others.

A trio of Siakam, LeVert, and Sabonis would be better than any trio the Pacers could create with whoever they select at the backend of the lottery.
