The Miami Heat went through a disappointing season this year. After a trip to the NBA Finals down in the bubble, they were switched out of the first round by the Milwaukee Bucks. Injuries in the consistencies forest Miami down the standings to the sixth seed. Moving forward, this is something they would like to improve on.
When looking at the roster, Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo are going to be around a long time. Duncan Robinson could have a chance to leave in NBA free agency and make himself some money. Then there’s Tyler Herro. He has been improving ever since entering that we go to Kentucky.
Herro was thought to be a long-term piece in Miami but if he is not, the Heat can look to send him away for a return. He failed to have a breakout season and there isn’t the same enthusiasm surrounding his ceiling as a player as there once was.
The Orlando Magic are a team that could be interested in making a trade for a young player like Tyler Herro. This fits in to their rebuild that they have been going through. The Magic saw the first day of the season get away from them and this pushed them to sell their big names at the NBA trade deadline.
