2. Re-sign Blake Griffin and Jeff Green
The Nets became a hot spot for free-agent big names in the middle of the regular season. Griffin came to town and LaMarcus Aldridge also came over after he was bought out by the San Antonio Spurs.
Aldridge was forced to retire because of medical issues but Griffin contributed in the postseason. Griffin stepped into a starting role for the Nets and became a main piece when Irving and Harden went down.
Another name that stepped up when it was needed is Jeff Green. Both players are free agents this offseason and it is important for the Nets to bring them back.
There is plenty of star power the Brooklyn Nets but it is important to keep some solid role players around them. Griffin showed new life when being put in a better situation. He looked a bit like his old self on both ends of the floor. Green is another two-way player that gave important minutes during the playoffs.

When the Nets look at their situation this summer, Green and Griffin could be near the top of their list of priorities. There will be plenty of shuffling around many teams but the Nets have a solid rotation in place that they need to hold onto.
