Does this trade make sense for the Sacramento Kings?
The Sacramento Kings have been featured in many NBA trade rumors for many different players. There are not a ton involving De’Aaron Fox but the Kings could pull the trigger on a huge deal here. They could end up keeping players like Buddy Hield and Harrison Barnes if they decide to trade Fox.
Jaylen Brown would be the return. This would give them an elite perimeter player with postseason experience. Brown has taken huge steps on the offensive end of the floor. He can score from all three levels and is not afraid to take the big shot.
The Kings will need to decide just how high the ceiling of Tyrese Haliburton is as a player. If he’s the point guard of the future, acquiring a dynamic wing threat like Jaylen Brown could be genuinely intriguing. Haliburton showed real promise during his rookie campaign and will be much cheaper than Fox.
De’Aaron Fox is the player that is going to land them the biggest return and if the return is Jaylen Brown, the front office clearly has a plan. The size the Kings would have on the perimeter would make for an intriguing overall unit defensively given the switching capabilities while having offensive firepower.

Sacramento should be looking for anything they could do to move toward the postseason. It has been a long drought for this franchise and it is time to change their reputation.
