There will be plenty of NBA teams looking to retool this offseason and the Boston Celtics could be at the top of the list. We have already seen some big moves made as far as front-office personnel and that could continue to the team on the floor. Boston is looking to get back to winning and there could be some big moves on the horizon.

Brad Stevens was promoted from head coach to president of basketball operations. Danny Ainge stepped away from the post and Stevens was moved up. There is a new regime in Boston and a lot of pressure to retool after the season they had.

It was a disappointing year for the Celtics as they finished seventh in the Eastern Conference. They lost in five to the Brooklyn Nets after a trip to the Eastern Conference Finals a year ago. Kemba Walker was traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Celtics could continue to make blockbusters moving forward.

The Sacramento Kings could be an intriguing trading partner. They have been near the bottom of the Western Conference for years now and this could force them to blow it up once again.

Sacramento has seen many players in NBA trade rumors so far, such as Buddy Hield and Marvin Bagley III. This is a chance for them to land a premiere perimeter player but it would not come cheap.
