Evan Fournier was in his final year of his deal with the Orlando Magic. When the front office decided to sell at the deadline, he was one of the first name sent away.

He spent time with the Boston Celtics during the season and there is interest for both sides to come to a deal. With that being said, there is always a chance that it does not happen.

Fournier is the exact player that would fit in with the Dallas Mavericks. He can get hot from three-point range or create his own shot in the mid-range game. Evan Fournier is an accomplished scorer that can defend on the other end of the floor. He would be a welcome addition next to Doncic in the office.

Fournier is a threat that opposing teams need to worry about. He can space the floor and get a shot at all three levels. Evan Fournier is another option that will not be as expensive as Tim Hardaway Jr. which could intrigued the front office.
