16. Oklahoma City Thunder (from Boston Celtics)
Tre Mann, PG, Florida
If Tre Mann falls out of the lottery, the Thunder will jump on this pick. Mann saw his stock rise tremendously during his second season at Florida. He completely took over on the offensive end scoring 16 points per game and shooting 40.2% from deep. The Thunder have three first-round picks in this draft and is they use the first on Barnes, they could look for that option at the top of the offense.

17. Memphis Grizzlies
Kai Jones, PF, Texas
Jones is arguably the best power forward in this draft but could see his stock fall a bit. Memphis is one of the teams that could take a chance on a raw prospect like Jones. Their plan could be to trade Jonas Valaciunas and Jones could be a replacement. He is a freak athlete with great length on both ends. This helps as a rim protector and could be a pick-and-roll option with Ja Morant on the perimeter.
18. Oklahoma City Thunder (from Miami Heat)
Alperen Sengun, C, Turkey
Oklahoma City added Barnes for versatility, Mann at point guard, and could go in the frontcourt here. Sengun is one of the most polished international prospects in the draft. At 6-foot-10, Sengun is agile and can draw fouls and finish with contact. Sengun is comfortable with the ball in his hands and can square up to the basket. There will not be much pressure and this could benefit Sengun, who has a chance to develop at a quick rate.

19. New York Knicks
Greg Brown, PF, Texas
Brown improved as a jump shooter over the course of his time at Texas. This adds to his stock as a prospect. Brown possesses great athleticism and this helps at the rim. At 6-foot-9, Brown would help the frontcourt in New York and this is something that the Knicks desperately need, especially if they decide to part ways with Mitchell Robinson. Brown would add some depth and explosiveness down low for a team with a huge need.
20. Atlanta Hawks
Cameron Thomas, SG, LSU
Cameron Thomas led the SEC in scoring with 23 points per game last season. Ignore some of the efficiency numbers for Thomas. He was asked to do a lot for LSU this past season and that caused some numbers to drop. His raw ability to score would fit in great on a team where he is not the No. 1 option. In Atlanta, Trae Young would set Thomas up in situations to score and he would take advantage using his shooting ability.
