New York Knicks
The Knicks have been rumored to be targeting almost everybody that is going to be available this offseason because of how much cap space they have. New York is projected to have just under $60M in cap space to play around with this offseason however they choose.

With some key free agents in Derrick Rose, Alec Burks, Nerlens Noel and Reggie Bullock though, the Knicks may only have around $20M in cap space to spend after agreeing to new contracts with these guys, should they opt to return.
Nonetheless, the Knicks would still have the ability to pursue Kemba Walker if they wanted to and he would be quite an addition for them offensively. New York really needs a point guard, since Derrick Rose is not the future for them, and offensively, the Knicks need someone who can score on any given possession and be a playmaker.
This is the kind of guy they would be getting with Kemba Walker, even though knee injuries have limited his ability to remain on the court over the years. The Knicks are a very defensive-focused team, which Kemba Walker does not fit into, which is one reason why they may stay away from him, but nonetheless, he could help them tremendously on offense and in their backcourt.
If the Knicks are willing to invest money into a 31-year-old point guard, then Kemba Walker would absolutely be a solid fit for them, but given the direction this franchise is trending towards, they will likely use their extra cap space this offseason to target a younger point guard like Lonzo Ball in free agency.
