What to expect from the Chicago Bulls this offseason?
It seems like every year, there are high expectations placed on the Chicago Bulls that they will finally make a big move in the offseason to change their fortune. Over the years, this has not been the case, but the big move the Bulls made this year was bringing in Nikola Vcevic. They would not have made this trade unless they were “all-in” on trying to win now, which is why this offseason may finally be eventful for Chicago.
In fact, this offseason needs to be eventful for the Chicago Bulls, otherwise, they will find themselves missing the playoffs for the fifth consecutive year next year, which will no sit well with their fans and their star guard Zach LaVine, who is set to become an unrestricted free agent following the 2021-22 season.

Next season is going to be everything for the Bulls and they must prove that they can be a real threat and playoff team in the Eastern Conference, otherwise everything that they have been building over the last several years may be torn down and reassembled again.
This offseason may feature some disappointment for the Bulls via the draft, especially if they do not retain their first-round pick, but come time for free agency, they are going to be going after some of the best talents that are available. Lonzo Ball, Kyle Lowry and/or Dennis Schroder would all be great additions for the Bulls in the offseason, especially since they desperately need a reliable point guard.

Outside of Zach LaVine, Nikola Vucevic, Coby White and Patrick Williams, everybody on this Bulls roster from a season ago heading into next season are available to be dealt and it is very likely that we will see the Bulls try and make a trade or two to upgrade their talent in the offseason.
The Bulls need something to go right for once and with the way things are trending, it seems like they will actually be able to get what they want for once, which has not been the narrative for them over the last several offseasons.
