Los Angeles Clippers
In the first two years of the pairing of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, the Los Angeles Clippers have been searching for a true point guard to help lead the offense. So why not finally address the position by landing a player like Brogdon this offseason? First and foremost, Brogdon fits the all-business approach that Leonard embodies on the court. Brogdon can slide into the starting lineup immediately and become the main facilitator.
As a result, it would allow Leonard and George to be more comfortable in the offense by playing their games instead of having to get everyone else involved.
Los Angeles doesn’t have much cap space to acquire Brogdon, but they have players they could offer that match the money that Brogdon is making. With Leonard having a player option this summer, a move for Brogdon might be enough to convince him to confidently return to the Clippers for another season.
