Does this trade make sense for the Memphis Grizzlies?

Ja Morant is still improving as a shooter. The depth on the perimeter for the Grizzlies is a bit thin, which is why they should be aggressive in the offseason a pursuit of some help. Harrison Barnes would bring a veteran presence that can knock down catch-and-shoot jumpers while being able to create his own scoring opportunities off-the-dribble at times, too.

Morant can get to the rim whenever he wants using his speed and athleticism. It would benefit him to have a player like Barnes on the perimeter to kick the ball out to once he gets to the rim. The possibilities of having Barnes as a ball screener would be quite intriguing, too.

Harrison Barnes being in Memphis would bring a new dynamic to the offense as in Memphis. It would be interesting to see if these two sides could match up when the time comes in a trade such as this one.
