Denver Nuggets
The Nuggets could completely turn the league upside down if they are able to land Damian Lillard. It seems unlikely that Portland would trade him to another contender in the Western Conference but anything is possible, especially when looking at what the Nuggets would be able to offer. Ultimately, the goal here would be to create a big three.

Nikola Jokic is coming off an MVP season while Jamal Murray continues to solidify himself as an elite point guard. Does it seem feasible that the Nuggets would be able to keep both in a trade for Lillard? This means they would have to begin the package with the likes of Michael Porter Jr. He is a blossoming star that continues to make a name for himself.
Monte Morris and Aaron Gordon would also have to be thrown into the mix, along with NBA Draft capital. The Nuggets might be one team that could actually put together a good enough package without including any stars of their own. This would keep them near the top of the Western Conference.
Denver would be even more of a title contender if a trade for Lillard is figured out. The Nuggets seems like a major surprise destination but it would be extremely entertaining to watch if it is pulled off.
