Cleveland Cavaliers Receive: G CJ McCollum, F Derrick Jones Jr.
Portland Trail Blazers Receive: G Collin Sexton, F Kevin Love, 2022 second-round pick (via San Antonio Spurs)
CJ McCollum would be the biggest piece being moved in this deal but he would not be on his own. Derrick Jones Jr. would also see a chance of scenery. This would give the Cleveland Cavaliers new players to lean on. McCollum would pair with Darius Garland in the backcourt for the Cavaliers.
Collin Sexton would not have a chance to play with McCollum because he would be on his way to Portland. The Blazers would get a new young star to team up with Lillard. Kevin Love and his large contract would also be going to Portland, along with a second-round pick in 2022.
