The 76ers have established themselves as one of the best teams in the NBA, as they are currently representing the Eastern Conference in the NBA Playoffs with the number one seed. Charlotte, on the other hand, missed the playoffs this season, but could be a team to keep an eye on in next year’s playoff run.

A trade between these two Eastern Conference teams could catch a lot of people off guard, but we’ve seen our fair share of trades go down between a subpar squad and a potential Finals favorite throughout the league’s history. A trade between these two teams could allow each side to add some immediate talent, while also investing in their futures as well.

Hornets guard Terry Rozier been mentioned in NBA trade rumors at times, but an injury to rookie point guard LaMelo Ball kept him in town this season. Rozier could be dealt this offseason and the Philadelphia 76ers could be an ideal landing spot.
