After trading for Victor Oladipo at the NBA trade deadline this year, it looked like the Miami Heat could be a dangerous team heading into the playoffs, but then Oladipo went down with a right quad injury and had season-ending surgery.

Now instead of just missing Oladipo in their first-round series against the Bucks, the Heat are also without Kelly Olynyk and Avery Bradley, who they traded away to Houston in order to acquire Oladipo, who played in all of 4 games for Miami.

The Heat dropped the first two games of this series on the road, getting torched in Game 2, and on Thursday night in Game 3, the Heat got blasted by the Bucks again, losing 113-84 and now down 3-0 in the series

Since the NBA was founded in 1946, only 3 teams have ever come from 3-0 down to tie the series and force a Game 7, all three of them ultimately losing in that pivotal Game 7. The Heat are no strangers to setting new records, as they did so last year in being the first 5-seed to make the NBA Finals, but this seems like a feat that could be too great for them to overcome.

It is looking more and more like the season is about to end for the Heat at the hands of the team they beat last year in the Eastern Conference Semifinals. Is there anything Miami can do though to avoid getting embarrassed by the Milwaukee Bucks in four games?

Let’s take a look at the three biggest takeaways from Game 3 between the Bucks and Heat and see if there is any small adjustment the Heat can make to avoid getting swept by the Bucks.
