#10 Charlotte Hornets: 33-39
All season long, the Charlotte Hornets have been one of the most intriguing teams to watch not only because of some of their young, athletic talents, but because of the way they play. This team can knock down three-point shots in succession, but they can also put their opponents on highlight reels, which is why the Hornets will have all eyes on them in their matchup with the Pacers.
Charlotte matches up really well with the Pacers, who are dealing with a lot of injuries right now, and the Hornets also beat them 2-1 in their regular season series with an average margin of victory of 10.0 points.

Gordon Hayward is expected to miss tomorrow’s play-in game for the Hornets due to a foot injury he suffered back in April against Indiana and Cody Martin is questionable with an ankle injury, but everybody else is healthy for the Hornets, which is good news for them.
Rookie sensation LaMelo Ball and Miles Bridges are back and ready to go for this team, which should be all they need. With other key contributors in Terry Rozier, Devonte’ Graham and P.J. Washington, the Hornets may have too many weapons for the Pacers to be able to contain and keep up with.
Given the pace they play with and their ability to score, the Hornets are going to be a team that nobody will want to play and if they are able to grab the 8-seed in the Eastern Conference, they could definitely put up a fight against the Philadelphia 76ers.
