James Harden – Brooklyn Nets
The Brooklyn Nets seem to have the best roster on paper and with three legit superstars in Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving and James Harden, they should be the team to beat in the playoffs, but injuries have haunted this team all season long.
Kyrie really has not sat out a lot due to injuries, but both Kevin Durant and James Harden have missed extended periods of time due to various injuries. Harden has not played since April 5 and has been dealing with a hamstring injury over the last several weeks.
Now, it seems like he should be ready to go for the postseason, but chemistry is a big concern for the Nets. Their “Big 3” have rarely played together this season and everybody’s role on this team keeps changing, so the Nets will be a very interesting team to watch in the playoffs.

Assuming they are fully healthy, they will still be the heavy betting favorites to win the championship, as they should be, but who knows if everybody on this team will be 100% healthy through the first few rounds of the playoffs.
Kevin Durant is one of the best scorers in the entire league and Kyrie Irving is one of the top guards in the league, but James Harden is the most important player on this Nets team. He does a little bit of everything to help them win games and given the volume that he can score in, having both he and Durant on the court is almost impossible to stop.
The Nets need James Harden healthy in order to potentially make the NBA Finals and it appears that he should be set to return, possibly before the start of the playoffs.
