Bradley Beal – Washington Wizards

Washington has been in storylines over the last few weeks because of their surge they have made over the last month of the season with Russell Westbrook and Bradley Beal leading the way. After it seemed like they were a long-shot to make the postseason picture in the Eastern Conference, the Wizards are now the 9-seed in the Eastern Conference and very close to clinching a spot in the play-in tournament.

Russell Westbrook and Bradley Beal have been sensational, however, Beal is now out with a hamstring injury and is considered game-to-game at this point. With back-to-back games against the Hawks, the Wizards’ All-Star guard could miss both of these games and the Wizards will have to fight during their final two games to keep their postseason hopes alive.

The Wizards desperately need Bradley Beal on the court because outside of Russell Westbrook, they really have nobody else that they can turn to for production. Raul Neto, Rui Hachimura and Davis Bertans have all been inconsistent this year and they cannot replicate the production Beal gives this team, so Washington is definitely in danger right now of missing the playoffs.

The Wizards really need Bradley Beal to be healthy for their final few games of the season, but who knows if he will be able to be as effective as he has been this season if his hamstring is bothering him.
