The narrative for years has been that the Clippers are regular season champions and then ultimately fall in the postseason, but that may not be the case this year for several reasons. Not only are Paul George and Kawhi Leonard extremely motivated to make this team a true contender, but they finally have the supporting cast to be able to do so.

Up-and-down the Clippers’ roster, they have experienced, veteran players who have been to the playoffs numerous times before and know what it takes to win when it matters most. Not to mention, Kawhi Leonard, Serge Ibaka and Rajon Rondo have all won a championship before, which gives this team a ton of championship pedigree.

They are a top offensive team in the league, as well as one of the better defensive teams in the league, so there is no reason why the Clippers cannot make their first ever appearance in the Western Conference Finals and have a real chance to reach the NBA Finals this season.
