Can the LA Clippers overcome their point guard play?
The LA Clippers made it known that they are interested in improving the point guard position. At the deadline, they wanted to add a veteran option and that is what they did with Rajon Rondo. He has been solid but it’s still not the only point guard that Los Angeles needs to make a championship run.

This is something they did not address in the offseason and could want to the playoffs are over. The lack of depth at the point guard position hurt them last year when they eliminated by the Denver Nuggets in the second round.
Patrick Beverley has been in the starting point guard position and this is not good enough for an elite team. Beverley is better off the bench where he can provide a spark, especially on the defensive end. This has put more pressure on Kawhi Leonard and Paul George over the course of the season.
Rondo improved the position slightly but it is still not a strength of their team. Los Angeles will have to overcome this weakness and show strength and other positions within the lineup.
