Bradley Beal is arguably the best pure scorer in the league and is only 27-years-old
Last season, Bradley Beal averaged 30.5 points per game and this year, he is averaging 31.3 points per game, which currently leads the league. He has been jockeying back and forth with Steph Curry over the last few weeks for the scoring title, but right now, it seems like Beal has the upperhand.
Over the last few seasons, Bradley Beal has turned himself into one of the top offensive players in the league and the production he is giving the Wizards this season is historic. Beal currently leads the league in 30+ point performances this year, as he has scored over 30 points in 32 of the 53 games he has played in this year.
Beal also has 6 games with 40+ points this year, putting him two games behind Stephen Curry for the league-lead in most 40+ point games this season. Beal is one of the top offensive players in the league and given his natural ability to score the basketball, he is a player the Wizards should never think about letting go.

No matter how many draft picks or young talents they get offered for Bradley Beal, no player or future talent they get will be able to replicate the kind of production that Beal gives the Wizards. With him and Westbrook together, not only do the Wizards have arguably the best backcourt duo in the entire league, but they have two of the most dynamic offensive talents of this generation.
If they can add a third, high-level scorer to this team, there is no reason why the Washington Wizards cannot become a relevant team in the Eastern Conference and a team that can matchup against the best of the best.
