It seems like whatever NBA mock draft you look at or whoever you talk to, Cade Cunningham seems to be the No. 1 rated prospect in the 2021 NBA Draft class, but what happens if he does not go first overall in the draft?
Depending on who is picking first overall this year, Evan Mobley, Jalen Suggs and Jalen Green are all prospects who one can make a legit case for to be the first player selected in the 2021 NBA Draft, which is why there’s a slim possibility that Cunningham could fall out of the #1 overall slot.

If this happens, then almost every team will be on the phone with whoever is drafting second overall in this 2021 NBA Draft to try and get the dynamic point guard.
