It is only right that the Warriors are linked to one of the top shooters in the draft. Corey Kispert was a three-year starter at Gonzaga and turned in his best season as a senior. He was named the West Coast Conference Player of the Year after averaging 18.6 points and shooting 44% from three-point range. He was a 52.9% shooter overall and finished 87.8% from the free throw line.

Corey Kispert improved as a shooter in each of his four years with the Bulldogs. This is something he could continue to do in the NBA. He is a proven scorer and one that could give the Warriors a boost off the bench. He would not come in and start right away but Kispert would be able to give Golden State valuable minutes.

At 6-foot-7, Corey Kispert has a solid frame and good size on the perimeter. He fits the bill for a team that likes to play fast and get up a lot of shots in a quick amount of time. That is what Gonzaga did this season and it is what the Warriors like to do as well.

This has to be option No. 1 for the Warriors, unless the Timberwolves do not land in the top three of course. There might not be a better fit in this draft for the Warriors than Corey Kispert.
