Without Curry This Season, The Warriors Are 1-7 Without Him This Season

The MVP award is usually given to a top player on one of the best teams in the league, which makes a ton of sense, but it is “the most VALUABLE player” award and Curry is definitely one of the most valuable players in the league when you look at team success with and without him.

Without Steph Curry this season, the Warriors are 1-7 and their offensive efficiency is extremely low compared to what it is with him on the court. Of those 7 losses they had without Curry, three of them are to teams with a .500 or below record.

Three is no denying that Steph Curry is one of the All-Time greatest players in league history and you can say that any team would struggle without their best players, just look at the Lakers for example, but Curry has single-handedly changed the Warriors franchise and the entire league.

Before Curry, the three-point shot was still utilized by not the way it is today. The game adapted to him and is still adapting to him, which is why he is the league MVP. Maybe some guys have better overall year-long stats than Steph and have led their team to a better record, but Curry is doing this with arguably the worst team he has ever been on.

Effectiveness and record does not lie and without Curry, the Warriors lose games and are an extremely inefficient team.
