De’Aaron Fox – Sacramento Kings
Getting on one of the All-NBA rosters as a guard is extremely difficult, especially since Steph Curry, Damian Lillard, Luka Doncic and James Harden are usually yearly regulars on this list, but De’Aaron Fox has been sensational this season and there have been very few teams that have actually been able to slow him down.
As things stand right now, De’Aaron Fox ranks 15th in the league in scoring (25.2 PPG), but his points per possession metric is among the league best for guards. Fox is averaging just under a point per possession and is one of the most explosive guards in the league.
While the Kings have not had a ton of success this season, this should not overshadow what De’Aaron Fox has been able to do on the court. Since the All-Star break, he has posted just two games with under 20+ points and in this same time span, he has posted ten 30+ points games, including two 40+ point games.

In the month of April, De’Aaron Fox is averaging 28.3 points per game and is shooting 45.5% from the floor, making him one of the candidates so far for the NBA Player of the Month recognition for the month of April.
In his fourth season in the league, the 23-year-old guard has taken massive strides in his career and now finds himself amongst the top-tier of guards in this league. Given all of the talent at the guard position this season, De’Aaron Fox will likely be left off of the All-NBA rosters, but he definitely has the stats to back up the reasoning for why he should be recognized on this list.
