This Kings-Knicks offseason trade is focused on De’Aaron Fox

Why This Trade Would Benefit The Sacramento Kings

The Sacramento Kings are on the other side of the spectrum. They are not a team that could look to land a star in hopes of competing. Their failures with recent NBA Draft selections ruined their best chances of doing so.

It is a much different ball game out in a difficult Western Conference and the Kings are far away from any sort of contention. This is why we have seen Buddy Hield and Harrison Barnes thrown in NBA trade rumors but he could ultimately be De’Aaron Fox that is sent away. It would take a blockbuster trade offer, but the Knicks have the assets.

This would be extremely interesting to see. De’Aaaron Fox has been viewed as a centerpiece player in Sacramento because of his ability on both ends and quick improvement. He is a star on the floor and want to build around.

The Kings could not want to shell out the next big contract. If they are looking for cheaper options during our rebuild, Immanuel Quickley and Obi Toppin would lead the way. Robinson is a capable center when on the floor but he has not been able to stay healthy.

The front office of the Kings needs to decide if they are going to blow it up once again or build around Fox. With the current state of the franchise, it would not be surprising to see them decide to blow it up once again
