Midseason trades are an essential part of virtually every NBA season and this season has been no different. We have seen key role players all the way to league MVPs be on the move this season, which has definitely helped shape the trajectory of this season. 

Teams like the Nets, Bucks, Knicks and Nuggets all made some major moves to help their playoff/championship chances this season, but other teams like the Rockets, Magic and Raptors were “sellers,” trading away some of their top players to try and set themselves up for long-term success.
