No. 4. Los Angeles Clippers
Every season, it seems like we say the same things about the Clippers in the sense that they have a great regular season, they enter the postseason with high hopes, and then they suffer a crushing defeat in either the first-round or the Western Conference Semifinals.
Last season, this was the case as the Clippers lost in the Western Conference Semifinals to Jamal Murray and the Nuggets after leading the series 3-1, but this season, this Clippers team is much more experienced and built for the playoffs.
Not only are they one of the older, more experienced teams in the league, but they have a combined five championships on their roster with Kawhi Leonard, Rajon Rondo and Serge Ibaka all having championship rings.

In total, almost every player on their roster has playoff experience, which is why this Clippers team has a really good chance to make the franchise’s first Western Conference Finals appearance.
Assuming this team stays healthy for their playoff run, there is no reason why the Clippers should not make the Western Conference Finals given how good they are on both ends of the court. With Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, the Clippers have a really good shot to make this season special for the Clippers, but given this organization’s history in the postseason, it will be more of a “believe it when I see it” type of approach with Los Angeles.
