Jarrett Allen has seen his stock rise over recent weeks since being sent to the Cleveland Cavaliers. He was part of the four-team NBA blockbuster deal that sent James Harden to the Brooklyn Nets. The Cavaliers added the 22-year-old big man and is expected to have a nice payday coming his way after the season. Allen will be a restricted free agent once this year is complete.
The Cavaliers are expected to be extremely aggressive in signing Jarrett Allen to a contract extension. He could have upwards of $90-$100 million coming in his next contract. During his days in Cleveland, Allen is averaging 13.8 points and 9.7 rebounds per game. Allen is shooting 62.7% from the field and adding 1.7 blocks per contest.
The former first-round pick of the Nets back in 2017 and has quickly become a force on both ends of the floor. If Cleveland does not agree to an extension with Allen, he could be extremely valuable in the open market.

During his time in Brooklyn, Jarrett Allen developed into a true center and this is something that is rare around the league. For his career, Allen is averaging 10.6 points and 1.4 blocks per game.
The age and ability of Allen will make him a hot commodity in free agency. He has proven that he can lead a frontcourt and provide the consistency needed to be a starting center in the league.
When the time comes, it will be interesting to see which teams make a run at Allen. If he hits free agency without an extension, these three teams will certainly be in the mix for the big man.
