Cleveland Cavaliers Receives: Bradley Beal
Washington Wizards Receives: Darius Garland, Larry Nance Jr, Taurean Prince, 2021 1st Round Pick, 2022 2nd Round Pick (via HOU), 2022 2nd Round Pick (via WAS), 2023 1st Round Pick, 2025 1st Round Pick
This is a good deal for each team because it allows them to build up their current rosters while also building up for the future as well. The Cleveland Cavaliers would benefit from having a savvy veteran in Bradley Beal on their roster, while the Washington Wizards would benefit from the haul of draft picks and solid pieces to build around.
The Wizards would get a very solid return investment from dealing away Bradley Beal in Darius Garland, Larry Nance Jr., and Taurean Prince which could certainly help the team compete for a playoff spot in the near future. Washington would lend a variety of helpful pieces along with plenty of draft assets to help begin a rebuilding process.

Beal is under contract for the next two years with the final year being a player option. The Cavaliers would need to get to work quickly building a winner around Beal along with Collin Sexton and Jarrett Allen since Beal could depart in the near future if things do not go well.
