Boston Celtics
At this point, I kind of feel bad for the Boston Celtics because none of the moves they have made over the years in free agency have worked. They have brought in Al Horford, Gordon Hayward, Kyrie Irving and now Kemba Walker, yet they have no championships to show for it.
Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum are fantastic players and the future of the Celtics, which is why everybody on this roster needs to be available in trade talks this offseason. Boston has virtually no cap space and no key role players on their bench, other than rookie Payton Pritchard, which is why they need to “blow things up” and try to get as much value and immediate help as they can.
The first thing this Celtics organization needs to do is realize that they don’t really need three star players. It is great to have 3 All-Stars, but it is even better to have two All-Star players and the league’s best supporting cast.
Building a sustainable, productive bench and putting key role players around Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum is the best move the Celtics can make in the offseason, which is why trading Kemba Walker and getting as much value in return needs to be done.

Kemba is a fantastic player and has been during his time in Boston, but with him and his contract on their salary books, the Celtics have no chance to build around their core, meaning their chances to win a title are very limited.
The Celtics are going to come up short of their goals this season once again and as a result, GM Danny Ainge and this front-office may be ready to make some big changes and moves to their organization.
