6. Washington Wizards
Scottie Barnes, F, Florida State | Freshman
For a team that sorely needs to improve defensively such as the Washington Wizards, adding the 6-foot-9 Scottie Barnes would be a strong choice. He is very well versed in the fundamentals of the game and can play a variety of positions on the floor. Barnes is a legitimate facilitator with off-the-dribble shooting upside, that’s a combination at his size that should intrigue just about any team.

7. Toronto Raptors
Jalen Johnson, F, Duke | Freshman
The Toronto Raptors have been one of the more successful player development programs in the NBA in recent years. Now, this will be their first chance at having a top 10 pick if their current underachieving ways continued down the stretch-run. Landing a wing like Jalen Johnson would be an intriguing possibility. At 6-foot-9, he’s got intriguing size, but his freshman season at Duke ended abruptly and was underwhelming.
8. Orlando Magic (via Bulls)
Keon Johnson, G/F, Tennessee | Freshman
With Jonathan Isaac as the franchise player, the Orlando Magic are best suited furthering their identity as a team around being a defensive stalwart. Adding Keon Johnson into the mix would certainly help in that regard. His offensive skill-set showed some intriguing flashes in all of the key areas you’d like from a guard, but turning those flashes into consistency will be important.

9. Oklahoma City Thunder
Moses Moody, G, Arkansas | Freshman
The potential that Moses Moody poses as a ‘3-and-D’ prospect at the NBA level is impressive. Standing at 6-foot-6, he could be quite an intriguing backcourt complement to Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and complement him in key ways on both ends. Luguentz Dort has emerged as an elite defender, so winning that would not be easy, but having both talents as an option would be intriguing, nonetheless.
10. New Orleans Pelicans
Davion Mitchell, G, Baylor | Junior
The impressive performance that Davion Mitchell has provided Baylor throughout the season has only ramped up during NCAA March Madness. He’s been an ultra-efficient shooter in both off-the-dribble and catch-and-shoot attempts. He’s a strong finisher around the rim and can create reliably for teammates. When coupling all that with his defensive prowess, there’s so much to like about Mitchell’s potential.
