New York Knicks
It is no secret that the New York Knicks want to bring in a high-level, All-Star talent this coming offseason and they will have plenty of cap space to be able to do so. The Knicks have about $15.5M in cap space this season and moving into the offseason, given all of their expiring contracts, they will have close to $40M in cap space!
Not only is this enough to sign Kyle Lowry, but they could also bring in a couple more high-level talents to suddenly turn this team into a true title contender. Right now, the Knicks are in a great position as a franchise and currently the 4-seed in the Eastern Conference.
Of course, there is a lot of basketball yet to be played and anything can happen, but this team has overcome a ton of injuries and players being out due to health protocols and yet they are still one of the top teams in the East.
Defensively, they are one of the top teams in the league and with first-year All-Star having a career-year, the New York Knicks have a chance to sustain this success for a very long time, the only thing they need is to add more high-level talents to this roster.

With plenty of cap space and them proving that they are a formidable team in the Eastern Conference, the Knicks should have no problem signing another All-Star caliber player to pair with Julius Randle, the only question is if they can convince Lowry to sign long-term.
Elfrid Payton and Derrick Rose and not enough to elevate the Knicks into championship status, which is why they will definitely be gauging interest on high-level point guards they can add in the offseason. Lowry should be at the top of their list and they can offer him as much money as he would want to become a member of the New York Knicks.
