1. Toronto Raptors

The Raptors are the third team on this list and potentially the one that needs Bradley Beal the most. They have taken a huge step back this season and are 18-28. Toronto has been one of the top teams in the league over the last two years but could be moving in a different direction.

Toronto signed Fred VanVleet to a new deal in the offseason. This put him at the forefront of this team, along with Pascal Siakam. The Raptors lost some key pieces in the frontcourt and this has hurt them thus far. Kyle Lowry seems to be on his way out.

Despite being one of the biggest names on the market, Kyle Lowry is still with the Raptors but in the final year of his contract. There will be plenty of room for Bradley Beal if Toronto wants to make a move but it will be about putting together a package that is enough for Washington to accept.

Masai Ujiri is no stranger to big trades. He landed one that got Kawhi Leonard, and eventually a championship, to Toronto. The Raptors are not in a win-now phase with their current record but Bradley Beal is the type of player that could change that notion right away.
