Los Angeles Clippers
With not much cap space and virtually no draft picks over the next several seasons, the Los Angeles Clippers did not make any big moves at the trade deadline, but they did move Lou Williams for Rajon Rondo. As much as Lou Williams has been a great player for them over the years off-the-bench, Rondo brings plenty of championship experience to veteran team that is looking to make the franchise’s first appearance in both the Western Conference Finals and the NBA Finals.
Led by Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, the L.A. Clippers are once again title favorites in the Western Conference and one of the top teams that are well-equipped to win a championship this year. The one thing that the Clippers have that separates themselves from the rest of the league is experience.
The Clippers are one of the oldest teams in the league and have 9 players on their active roster with 8+ years of experience in this league. Not only does this separate them from some of the younger teams that make the playoffs, but give them an edge over other teams because the Clippers have almost seen everything they can.

From winning big games to coming up short in the playoffs, almost all of the impact players on the Clippers have seen the highs and lows in the NBA, but everybody except Kawhi Leonard, Serge Ibaka and now Rajon Rondo has never won a championship.
The Clippers are one of the best offensive and defensive teams in the league and with all of the experience they have on their roster, anything but making the Western Conference Finals will be a disappointment for this organization. This is a big year for the Clippers and if they come up short their goals again, they could be facing a complete rebuild in terms of roster construction.
