The Thunder have seen some of their young players take charge of some starting positions, and you could attribute a lot of their success to the guidance from veteran point guard George Hill. The Suns are looking for some veteran depth to add to their roster for their playoff run and George Hill could be one of the best guys to add.

Phoenix is very well built and they have a seemingly perfect balance of youth to experience, but George Hill being dealt to the team makes too much sense for a trade not to happen.
