Why This Trade Would Benefit The Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls desperately need to add some depth to their roster to help build around the star power they have in Zach LaVine and making this trade could allow them to do that.

The Bulls, in this trade, would greatly benefit from being able to add some outstanding talent to their roster while also being able to retain Lauri Markkanen and Wendell Carter Jr. to hopefully develop long-term.

The Bulls could have a very talented roster that could see a starting five of Malcolm Brogdon, Coby White, Zach LaVine, Lauri Markkanen, and Wendell Carter Jr. Having some great depth in Jeremy Lamb, Denzel Valentine, and Thaddeus Young is also a nice touch to have.

Sure, the Bulls would have to give up some really good draft compensation and a very solid forward in Otto Porter Jr, but they would be able to land two very appealing players to help them in pursuit of a playoff push. This trade could put the Bulls in good shape moving forward.
