Avery Bradley – Miami Heat

If the Jazz are going to make a move at the trade deadline, it will likely be to add more perimeter defenders to their bench, which is exactly why Avery Bradley could be an ideal trade target for them. The veteran guard recently signed with the Heat this past offseason, but after missing plenty of time this year due to health and safety protocols and a calf injury, Miami could be interested in moving the veteran guard.

Now in his 11th season in the league, Avery Bradley has always been known to be a really reliable perimeter defender and could fit that “3-and-D” philosophy the Jazz like to have in their bench players.

Over the course of his career, Avery Bradley has averaged 11.7 points, 2.9 rebounds, 1.0 steals and has shot 36.5% from three-point range. Likely not to see more than 20 minutes per game, Bradley could definitely be a solid option for the Jazz to turn to in a rotation or two off-the-bench for more overall depth.

Having experienced, veteran players is always important for any championship-contending team, which is one of the main reasons the Jazz recently signed Ersan Illyasova. Adding Avery Bradley to their roster gives them yet another veteran leader who has been a part of numerous championship contending teams.

He may not be the contributor he was once, but Bradley can still make an impact defensively for the Utah Jazz, which is why if they are looking to add another backcourt player, they should absolutely target Avery Bradley.
