Raul Neto – Washington Wizards
Before joining the Philadelphia 76ers ahead of the 2019-20 season, Raul Neto spent four seasons in Utah with the Jazz and was a key role player off-the-bench. While he has only averaged 14.5 minutes per game over the course of his career, Neto has turned himself into a reliable back-up point guard who has been putting together a really solid season with the Wizards.
In 36 games with Washington this year, Raul Neto has averaged 7.7 points, 2.2 rebounds, 2.3 assists and has shot 35.9% from three-point range. With the Jazz not really having a true back-up point guard, bringing Neto back may not be such a terrible idea.
Both Donovan Mitchell and Jordan Clarkson take care of the ball-handling duties and point guard duties when Mike Conley is out of the game, but having that “security blanket” in Neto gives the Jazz even more depth and someone they can count on if something bad was to happen.

You can never have enough backcourt depth in this league and even if it is for 10 minutes per night, acquiring Raul Neto gives the Jazz even more depth and someone who is familiar with their system.
Neto is only owed $1.8M this season and is in the final year of his contract, making him an ideal trade target for the Utah Jazz. Expect the Jazz to sit tight at the trade deadline and not look to make any moves, but for a low cost of a second-round pick and an end-of-the-bench guy, they could potentially bring Raul Neto back.
