3 last-minute trade targets for Jazz before the deadline

Not only do the Utah Jazz hold the best record in the NBA, but they have solidified themselves as real championship contenders this year. Last season, the Utah Jazz were a really solid basketball team but they were still working out some issues with Bojan Bogdanovic being out and Mike Conley still getting accustomed to their system.

This year, everything has clicked for this Jazz team and they have looked unstoppable at times. Not only are the Utah Jazz one of the best offensive and perimeter shooting teams in the entire league, but they also rank 8th in the league in defensive rating. Their ability to turn defense into offense and capitalize on three-point opportunities is the best in the league and as a result, they currently hold the league’s best record.

Donovan Mitchell is a superstar player, regardless of what any analysts/commentators say, Rudy Gobert is a 2x Defensive Player of the Year and once again a DPOY candidate, Jordan Clarkson is the heavy favorite to win the Sixth-Man of the Year award this year and head coach Quin Synder is a clear favorite to win Coach of the Year.

Up-and-down this roster, the Jazz have plenty of talented players and the one thing they all have in common is that they play with a “chip-on-their-shoulder.” every single player on this team was talked down on at one point in their careers and had to earn everything they have and now, they are playing the best basketball out of any other team in the league.

They will probably hold off on making any significant trades since they do not want to shake things up roster wise, but the Jazz could be in the market to add some key role players to their rotation.

Let’s take a look at three last-minute trade targets that Utah could be interested in as the trade deadline quickly approaches!
