3 last-minute trade targets for Bucks before the deadline

After posting the best regular season record in the NBA for the second consecutive season last year, the Milwaukee Bucks have their work cut out for them if they are to once again have home court advantage throughout the entire playoffs in route to a hopeful NBA Finals appearance.

While they added some key talents in Jrue Holiday and Bobby Portis ahead of the start of this season, as well as P.J. Tucker just last week, the Milwaukee Bucks still have some areas they could look to improve in at the trade deadline.

As mentioned, the Bucks recently acquired P.J. Tucker from the Houston Rockets in a deal that sent D.J. Augustin, D.J. Wilson to Houston and Torrey Craig to Phoenix. Now, with Augustin gone, Milwaukee could look to fill out their roster with an experienced, veteran guard for more depth.

Whether they go after some potential buyout targets or look to trade for aveteran guard ahead of the trade deadline, the Bucks are expected to make at least one more smaller move to add more talent to their championship-caliber roster.

With Giannis Antetokonumpo continuing to play like a true MVP candidate, the Milwaukee Bucks definitely have a chance to take down the Nets or 76ers en route to the NBA Finals, but others will have to step up for the Bucks if they are to finally break through and win the Eastern Conference.

Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday will have to continue to elevate their play in order for this team to reach their full potential, but the biggest strength of this team is their depth. They have plenty of key role players that can contribute meaningful minutes and at this year’s trade deadline, expect the Bucks to look for more key role players.

With that said, let’s take a look at three last-minute trade targets that the Milwaukee Bucks could consider trading for ahead of this Thursday’s NBA trade deadline.
