Cleveland Cavaliers
The Cavaliers found themselves a part of the James Harden trade back in January, as they acquired both Jarrett Allen and Taurean Prince from the Nets. With plenty of frontcourt depth now, the Cavs will absolutely be making a deal at the trade deadline, the only question that remains is who will they look to get rid of?
The Cavaliers will not be moving Allen or Prince, but Larry Nance Jr, Cedi Osman, JaVale McGee, Kevin Love and Andre Drummond have all reportedly received interest from various teams around the league. Nance Jr. will likely remain with the Cavaliers, but he has received the most interest out of any player on this roster.
Kevin Love has been with the Cavaliers since the start of the 2014-15 season, but with him playing sparsely over the last few seasons and a lot of money remaining on his contract, he is very much in play to be moved if a team is willing to pick up his remaining salary. Love is owed $91.4M through the 2022-23 season, which would be very hard for a team to absorb at the NBA trade deadline, but the Dallas Mavericks are a team that have had their eye on Love and could potentially make a move for him at the deadline. It is however unlikely that Dallas will pull-the-trigger on this trade because of the length of Love’s rather large contract.
Andre Drummond has been made available ever since February, but much like Love, his contract is also hard for teams to take on, which is why a deal has not been made yet. The Bulls, Raptors, Mavericks, Trail Blazers, Heat, Celtics and the Wizards are a handful of the teams that have expressed interest in the former All-Star center, but it is yet to be known what his asking price is.

At last season’s NBA trade deadline, the Cavaliers acquired Andre Drummond for Brandon Knight, John Henson and a 2023 second-round pick, so it is possible that the Cavaliers would likely want at least a second-round pick and possibly another future draft pick in exchange for Drummond.
In 25 games with the Cavs this season, Drummond averaged 17.5 points, 13.5 rebounds, 1.6 steals, 1.2 blocks and shot 47.4% from the floor. With plenty of teams expressing interest in the 2x All-Star, expect him to be on the move to what will likely be a playoff-contending team.
