The Miami Heat were probably the most disappointing team during the first-half of the NBA season and while they have won 14 of their last 18 games, this does not hide the fact that this team has been really inconsistent on the offensive-end of the court all season long. They are one of the best defensive teams in the league once again, but Miami ranks 26th in the league in scoring this year and 25th in offensive rating.
This year’s Miami team just does not look like they are playing with a sense of urgency on the offensive end of the court and they quite honestly do not look like they care at times. Jimmy Butler has single-handedly led this team to a 21-18 record to this point in the year, which is why they need to do everything they can do add another high-level talent at the NBA trade deadline.
If this team is going to have another shot at making the NBA Finals to compete for a championship, then they are going to have to pursue a third All-Star caliber talent because scoring is the name of the game in today’s league. Team’s are combining to average league high’s in scoring this year and unless the Heat can catch-up to the type of production other teams in the Eastern Conference are getting from their players, they are going to fail to make a deep playoff push.

One player the Miami Heat have been rumored to be highly interested in who is a former champion himself is Kyle Lowry. With that said, let’s take a look at the best trade offer the Miami Heat could send to the Toronto Raptors in attempts to land Kyle Lowry.
